Health Data

Our Service integrates with Apple HealthKit and/or CareKit frameworks, Garmin Health API as well as Whoop API to provide personalized insights and recommendations. When you grant permission, we may collect health-related data, including but not limited to:

• Activity data such as steps, distance, or exercise duration
• Sleep data
• Heart rate or other biometric data

This data is used solely for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy and in compliance with Apple’s HealthKit and CareKit guidelines, Garmin Health API guidelines and Whoop API guidelines.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data, including Health Data, for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
• To manage Your Account and provide access to specific functionalities of the Service.
• To provide personalized health insights, supplement recommendations, and reports based on Your activity, sleep, and other health metrics.
• To improve the accuracy and relevance of recommendations made by the Application.
• To manage Your requests and respond to customer service inquiries.
• To comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Sharing of Health Data

We may share Your Health Data under the following circumstances:

• With Your Consent: We may share Health Data with third parties only with Your explicit consent.
• With Service Providers: To process the data on our behalf and improve the functionality of the Service.
• Legal Obligations: If required to comply with legal processes.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data, including Health Data, only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain Health Data to provide the Service and delete it upon Your request or when it is no longer needed.

Security of Health Data

We are committed to protecting the security of Your Health Data. All Health Data is encrypted during transmission and storage. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Control Over Health Data

You may enable or disable access to HealthKit or CareKit data via Your device’s privacy settings. If access is disabled, we will no longer collect or use Health Data from these sources.

Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
